I had never done business with this store until yesterday. After 22 years our dryer decided to quit heating. I made multiple repairs over the years, including a minor restoration. When it quit heating this time we decided to get a new machine. We already have a Speed Queen washer and knew the quality was great so we wanted a dryer as well. Riner had what we needed in stock. Mr. Deron assisted me when I arrived and I was gone in 30 minutes. He was very nice to answer all my dumb questions and listen to my idiotic responses to his replies. I WILL go back to Riner when we decide to get a new dishwasher which will be soon. Thank you Riner and Deron!

Went to a big box home improvement store and set up a purchase and install for between 12 and 4. They (contractors) called at 4:30 and said they were delivering our order. Wife told them delivery and install and got the answer "We don't have the parts ". Wife says no way, take it back. We go to Riner's, get the same thing for $200 less, and it'll be installed by their people by the end of the week! BTW, took less than 20 minutes, the big box took so long to help we had done the order online.
