Overall, very good design. Doors and handles are easy to use. Water comes out of a different "spout" than the ice, so if you forget, you get a handful of water. Separate drawer for cool items is too short, can barely get one package of cheese to fit.

Oh, we love our new refrigerator. We have so much more space than we had with our old refrigerator. We can put casserole dishes in the open space in the top section and still have room for other items. We have found that the ice cream is a lot firmer along with other frozen foods. We are buying more frozen foods because we feel more secure knowing the freezer is doing its thing! Our daughter is getting ready to buy one like ours. I've had my new refrigerator for almost 2 weeks. I bought it to replace an old fridge that had died on a Monday night. Researched and purchased the Frigidaire Tuesday as it fit most of my "boxes" and was available for delivery the next day (Wednesday).The main detractors for me are:- The ice maker is noisy and while getting cubed ice (don't like crushed) the dispenser sprays ice chips, and even cubes, outside of the cup/glass/water bottle - even when I hold up high to fit/match the dispenser opening.- The sales associate at Lowe's pointed out this was a smaller cubic foot than other models, but I didn't think it would matter. I seriously have concerns now about the capacity, especially for the fresh fruits and vegetables I buy. The two drawers fill up quickly with just a few items.- I loved the flex drawer concept and it still might be a great thing. I tried changing two night ago from deli temp to freezer temp and still do not understand what happened but I started getting alarms that the freezer temp was too high. Sure enough, the bottom freezer drawer AND the flex drawer were defrosting. Given that no user manuals provided (I know that is the norm now-a-days) or easy way to pull them up on-line, most of my freezer items thawed. Only after I converted the flex drawer back to deli temp did the freezer get back to 0deg.- I've had trouble registering my product and do NOT like the user help on the website. Could have sworn I registered it on the day it was delivered. I even had a "welcome" e-mail from Frigidaire. But when my freezer was defrosting and I was in a panic, I wasn't being recognized as an owner. Had to re-register, get re-welcomed, and even then I couldn't' find any helpful guidance on the Frigidaire site (YouTube wasn't showing me either). And today, it's again not recognizing me as an owner of any appliance. @Frigidaire, please note that I know there was a problem with my freezer - it was apparent - but telling me how to fix or troubleshoot would be more helpful than what I found on your website. And at every turn on your website I was asked for the model number - seriously, do you think ppl memorize that information? I had re-registered and even then I was asked repeatedly for my model number - not helpful!- Customers only have access to help Mon-Fri during certain hours. My appliance problems tend to happen outside of business hours. Maybe a better, more helpful website, with actual self-serve help would be useful to your customers?- Oh, and smudge-proof isn't very accurate. I seem to have many smudges on the doors and it's just me in the household.Guess as I write this it's more clear that I'm not very happy with my purchase. I hope my experience gets better as I adjust to this new appliance.

Wow. We started doing a full kitchen remodel. When the old refrigerator went bad. We hadn™€™t planned on replacing it. So we went looking at many of the newer appliances that were counter depth. We went online to see the different brands and loved the features of the Frigidaire unit. The Fresh zone to help keep our produce fresher longer. The middle drawer was perfect for our family. We have had it about two weeks now and love it. Its about 4 cuft smaller but it works get for us. Looking forward to many years of service.

I saw this on display at Lowe™€™s. They checked on it and it was out of stock. A week later I went to Home Depot, and they were able to order it with a delivery date of 9/24. A week later I got an email from Home Depot changing the delivery date to Oct. 9th. I happened to be in Lowe™€™s picking up some things for my new house. I happened to check on appliances. Lo and behold they could deliver it the next day. This better be a great refrigerator after all that hassle. So far it is.

This countertop model seems to be bigger than other models. I didn™€™t expect how wonderful it would be to not have to always move things around to get to hidden bottles and food containers due to lack of space. The middle drawer has been wonderful for eggs and yogurt and often reached for sodas. I was surprised to see how much cheese I could fit into little hidden car stores under the vegetable drawers. And my vegetables do stay fresher longer. I am enjoying this purchase.

Love the drawers under the produce drawers. Love the drawer over freezer. I like that it can be used for freezer space or refrigerator space. Nice option.

Not worth it

Unfortunately we have had one repair to stop the water from constantly dripping, and a few weeks later it is dripping again. With $200 a year in filters it does keep our produce fresh longer than our last refrigerator. Doesn't seem like there's as much room in the refrigerator or freezer, long story short, I would not recommend. No matter how many times I register both the refrigerator and dishwasher, Frigidaire still does not recognize that I have any appliances registered on my account...
